About Parker Paws

Parker Paws was founded in 2007 and every year we help rescue and re-home hundreds of pets, most are from local animal shelters and many are in need of veterinary care. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit and have no paid employees. Our board members, coordinators, foster families, and helpers volunteer their time because we all share a love of animals and a wish to see every pet have a home.

We are located in Parker County, Texas, and do not have our own facility but instead rely on foster families and local adoption events to find new homes for our foster pets. We can only accept pets into our foster program if we have the resources to care for them, and rely completely on your generous donations to accomplish our mission to save as many pets as we can.

Our foster pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. We also provide free spay/neuters for pets belonging to Parker County residents if our resources allow. If you would like to make a donation or are interested in volunteering, please visit our donations and volunteer pages or find us at any of our local adoption events.
